The Challenge this customer had was encouraging Auto Body Shops to choose their brand of refinishing products from distributors in a very crowded market.
The customer’s key objectives were to increase brand awareness and brand advocates within outlined target markets.
Following a meeting with the Sales Director and Managing Director of the company, KPS developed a comprehensive Digital Marketing Action Plan which incorporated strategy development, social media marketing management, paid Facebook advertising, and content creation & management.
Within the first 2 months of executing the strategies, we have achieved some great results for this customer. Our highly targeted approach means we are not only driving brand awareness and customer advocates; we are also building a highly engaged and targeted community which will enable us to scale up these results each month.
