The Bay Tree is a boutique Hotel situated in the heart of Broadstairs. The Hotel was taken over by London born Robert Stone and Alistair Dixon in April 2015. Since then the duo have been planning a full refit which is currently under way.

Challenge

The Bay Tree’s biggest challenge was to build an online prescence and grow a loyal customer base (pretty much from scratch).

Journey

Following a meeting with the Hotel owners back in May 2015, KPS developed a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy which incorporated social media marketing management, blogging and email marketing.

KPS setup and fully managed the Digital Marketing strategy for 3 months and then as planned, trained the team to fully manage the strategy in-house. Almost 2 years down the line and KPS continue to work with The Bay Tree on a monthly consultancy basis to keep them on track and help them keep up to date with the latest Digital marketing strategies and trends.
