KPS have been working with TT Trading for 3 months (since September 2015) to help develop and implement their Digital Marketing strategy. So far, the main focus has been on 3 core areas; Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Email Marketing.

The strategies developed and implemented within the 3 channels have all been focused on the following;

Twin Towers Trading is an umbrella for numerous businesses and offices world-wide. It’s a multi-national sales and marketing company selling in many of the largest retail establishments throughout the world including Walmart, Tesco and Carrefour, to list a few.

Before working with KPS, TT Trading had done well in building up an audience on Facebook and Twitter through carrying out regular competitions which they started in 2013.The audiences grown on Facebook and Twitter helped drive traffic to their website, which in turn helped bring in a steady stream of online sales.

However, TT Trading approached KPS to help take their online marketing strategy to the next level.

Online Sales Growth

With online sales growth being TT Trading's number 1 objective, it was important KPS focused efforts on making this happen.

From experience, we have learnt that to increase sales through Digital Marketing, real relationships have to be built with customers. Rather than using Digital Marketing as a hard sales tool, KPS created highly engaging content which provided value to TT Trading's customers and helped guide them through their buying process.

In the first 3 months working with KPS (Sept 29th 2015 - Dec 29th 2015), online sales were up 36% on the previous year (Sept 29th 2014 - Dec 29th 2014).

This wasn't down to luck, this was down to the implementation of a highly effective and tailored Digital Marketing strategy.

Website Traffic Growth

To help drive online sales, KPS had to dramatically increase targeted website traffic. In addition, KPS had to increase website conversions from visitors, to customers.

The strategies KPS used helped dramatically increase website traffic and customer conversion rates. You can see from the screen shots below that website traffic was up 248% in the 3 months working with KPS in 2015 compared to the 2014.

Product Video Views

A big part of TT Trading's content strategy has been video. KPS have helped create short snappy recipe videos using TT Trading's products.

To date, these videos have had over 3 million views on Facebook alone. The 'How to make a cafe fresh frothy coffee' video using the Whizzy Whisk helped drive the Whizzy Whisk to the number 1 sales spot for the month the video was launched.

Social Media Reach

Creating highly shareable content which provides value to TT Trading's audience has helped the company's Social Media reach sky rocket.

In the last week alone TT Trading have achieved a total reach of over 1.2 million on Facebook and 16 thousand on Twitter.

Email Subscriber Growth

Building a targeted email list of 365 subscribers from scratch in 3 months helped TT Trading in 3 core ways;

1. It helped nurture customers through their buyer process (by providing relative, drip-fed nuggets of valuable information).

2. It provided a continuous flow of website traffic.

3. It helped build relationships with customers (through specific 'relationship building' email campaigns).

With an industry average open rate of 16.77% and click through rate of 2.53% (Source: Mailchimp 2015) TT Trading's average open rate of 35.3% and click through rate of 20.4% are quite impressive.

Twitter Follower Growth

To enhance TT Trading's Twitter strategy, KPS helped build and engage a highly targeted group of followers.

In the first 90 days of working with KPS, TT Trading's Twitter folowers grew by 2,037.
