Over a period of 6 months, we worked with Pro XL to develop an effective Digital Marketing strategy, implement that strategy for 3 months and then build and train an in-house team that was capable of delivering the strategy effectively.

Firstly, we worked with the management team to develop an effective Digital Marketing strategy. We produced a written strategy document which was a valuable reference for everyone involved in implementing the strategy.
We focused on honing in on the target market's interests, creating and sharing content that encouraged them to engage (such as the Ford Cortina Example), helping Pro XL build credibility and trust with cold audiences.
We implemented the plan for 3 months. Whilst we were implementing the strategy, we supported Pro XL in recruiting a new employee as the Digital Marketing Manager. We looked over the candidate's applications and attended the interviews.
In month 4 - 6, we delivered 2 onsite training and coaching sessions per month to ensure a smooth handover of the strategy.
We built a highly engaged audience of advocates who consistently engaged with Pro XL online and posted their own content on social media showing their appreciation for the Pro XL products.
The fully upskilled in-house team continues to deliver the effective Digital Marketing strategy, as well as developing and implementing new ideas internally.
