#3 We write up an Action Plan outlining how we can help you with associated investment fees etc.
#4 We meet to go through the plan.
#5 You decide if you’d like to work with us.
We meet up or have a call to agree on start dates and ensure we’re both fully aware of the plan ahead and what is expected from both parties.
Once this is agreed, we get cracking.
Costs should vary dependant on the value you receive from your investment.
For example, as we’ve got more experience under our belt and we provide our customers more value, our prices have gone up (I think we started out charging a basic rate of £25/hour).
However, this isn’t always the case. Make sure you do as much research as possible before working with any agency or business. Identify their clients, previous work, speak to their clients etc.
It’s difficult to provide you with an exact answer as we have no idea what kind of support you are looking for. To get this exact figure, start a conversation with us.
To be completely transparent, our pricing structure is based on 3 things;

To give you a rough idea, our support starts at £500+VAT which could range from a half day training session and actionable feedback report or production of a short video etc.
Social media management starts from £1500+VAT per month plus Ad spend upwards depending on the volume of content we’re producing, how many platforms we’re managing and a number of other variables.

To grow any business, you need to invest time and money. If you don’t have a lot of money to invest, then you’re going to need to work double as hard with your time.

No. We believe in the value we offer our customers for the amount they invest. We also only work with customers that we believe we can deliver the results they want to achieve. Because of this, we don’t feel the need to tie our customers into contracts, so we don’t.
Yes. If the project is a good fit, we’ll work anywhere in the world. We’ve travelled abroad to work before and also use Skype for consulting sessions etc.
Yes, each year we walk 51km in 1 day to raise money for The MS Society (2018 Just Giving Page, 2017 Just Giving Page, 2016 Just Giving Page).
