Background
Master Events Ltd is an events company based in Bulgaria.
Over the past year, we've worked with the Master Events team to deliver 8 workshops in Bulgaria to groups of 180+ people.
Since running the first workshops, we've been booked to go back another 2 times. They've also booked us to run workshops in Serbia in June!
The Goal
🎯 Develop and deliver a variety of interactive workshops that educate, motivate and inspire 180+ marketers to implement new strategies that will help them generate more leads and sales.
It's a challenge to find a speaker who can keep 180+ people engaged for a whole day of workshops.
Master Events Ltd had faith in our ability to deliver on their expectations.
How we helped
Before starting any project, we had a number of calls with the team to identify and understand who the audience were and what they wanted to get out of each workshop.
We then set off planning, and preparing each workshop with the priority of not just educating, but ensuring the attendees had fun, got involved and had actionable pointers they could implement straight away.

The workshops received great feedback from attendees and the event organisers (see below).
We received a number of thank you messages after the event from attendees who instantly put what they had learnt into practice and generated some great results.
One lady put the video marketing strategy we shared into practice and had more than 60 book orders within the next 24 hours organically, 6 times more than she was getting from her paid ads (see video).
